This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a non-refundable 1.4% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card, and a non-refundable 2.75% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. We require a physical card for the balance and pre authorization to be presented on check-in by the cardholder. Please note that virtual driving licenses are not accepted as a form of identification. This property requires a credit card pre-authorization upon check in, to cover any incidental charges. The amounts are as follows: - AUD 300 for One-bedroom & One-bedroom family Apartments - AUD 300 for Two-bedroom Apartments - AUD 500 for Three-bedroom Apartments - AUD 500 for Four-bedroom Executive Apartments - AUD 500 for Four-bedroom Penthouses - AUD 1000 for Three bedroom Deluxe/Celebrity Suite - AUD 2000 for Presidential Penthouse. Please note No Shows at the property will result in full accommodation fees, Guests must check in on the first day of the reservation. This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
