Great location and value. Friendly staff.

Stayed a couple of nights while doing business in Singleton. Off the New England Hwy but still a busy street. Easy checking in and friendly, professional staff. Well appointed rooms but a bit dated although very clean with comfortable bed, microwave, lounge, desk, good size fridge, tea and coffee etc. No designated parking but not a problem. Not much insulation between rooms you can hear the shower next door and probably why there is a sign above toilet asking to close lid before flush.
Mine workers leave early but a good pub directly across the road with good food but might get noisy on Friday nights and weekends. Chinese restaurant at front of motel and water park next door.
Two levels so anyone with mobility issues should probably ask for ground floor when booking.
I would definitely stay again.

Comfy regional motel

It's a bit old, but very comfy, clean and well maintained. Staff were very friendly. Location is excellent- within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Beware a lot of miners stay here but they were pretty quiet despite leaving at the crack of dawn.

A Very Pleasant Place to Stay

Located in the centre of town, this motel would be rated Excellent except for a couple of minor deficiencies.
The main room was spacious, well equipped, clean and very comfortable. It contained most desirable amenities including microwave, a large fridge, desk, table with 2 chairs, lots of hanging space with hangers including a trouser hanger and a beautiful, comfortable 2 seater armchair. It contained tea/coffee making facilities but lacked plates and cutlery apart from teaspoons and mugs. Drinking and wine glasses were also provided.
The bathroom was well equipped with containers for hand wash, body lotion and shaving cream. However, the Body lotion and Shaving Cream containers were empty!
The walk in shower was spacious, however the water pressure from the shower rose lacked “enthusiasm”!
Lovely white towels and floor mats were provided.
Parking is available but a little haphazard with not all spaces being available directly in front of the allocated rooms.
Office staff, Shannon and Sheree were pleasant, professional, very efficient and knowledgeable.
Highly recommended for a day or more stopover in Singleton.

Have stayed here many times and it’s a top notch motel. Modern and large in the centre of town. Only negative is lots of miners stay here and they all depart at 5-6am.
