Emergency Accommodation

Chantelle has been extremely helpful with my stay wile my partner has been in hospital nothing is a problem for her even with my un predictable number of nights staying and to add to the stress after my partner was discharged we are still stuck up here because of the flooding yet she still allows us to stay and check on a daily basis

Was once a great place to stay has really let itself down.

Once a comfortable place to stay has actually turned into a homeless shelter! We stayed for a hospital visit, as we have multiple times before, recently they have signed up to allowing homeless people to stay while the Red Cross pay, okay cool, I’m not a judgemental person… we were there for a week and witnessed dv incident, multiple drug deals, someone actually slept in the garden outside our room one night, we couldn’t walk out of the door without being harassed by people with ankle monitors and the all out vibe of the place was actually scary! There was a dead gecko in the air conditioner and the room stank. Completely terrible of the owners to let the place go. What was once a safe, comfortable, affordable place to stay, has now become a sketchy, unsafe place to stay. We will NEVER return. To top it off while at the hospital, someone had been through our bags, when reported to management they denied anyone coming into the room, yet we had fresh towels and a refill of tea and coffee, and an invoice had been left on the table!?! Included a photo of a very unclean aircon.

Above & Beyond

The new owners have been here about a year. They went above and beyond to assist my family in any way they could. Their compassion during extremely difficult circumstances was beyond words. They were very accommodating as more family arrived. The close proximity to the Townsville University Hospital and major shopping centres was very convenient. The rooms are spacious and exceptionally clean. The beds are extremely comfortable. Highly recommend

The place to stay on this side of Townsville. Does not disappoint.

The management here is extraordinary and accommodating. I am staying for a hospital visit and need wheelchair access. This lady asked all the right questions to ensure she could offer me a suitable room. After playing Tetris with the bookings she managed to accommodate me. Well done! I read earlier reviews and all I can say is give this place a go. And to the family with 5 kiddies leaving 1 circle.....I've met your sort before. Full of s#@* and forever playing the victim. When I come back to Townsville and need accommodation this will be where I come.
