Very good restaurant with friendly landlords but idiosyncratic pricing

Very cozy place with excellent food and friendly service. Pricing is a bit strange, though: We had booked a package - one night with dinner and breakfast. That the additional fee of 10 € for the single night was still charged at the stated price, I think is strange if the offer is just valid for one night! In addition, we were charged for the tap water to the anyway not cheap wine 2,50€.

Not recommended! Will not visit this guesthouse again!

Excessive prices!!! A jug of tap water with a very expensive wine cost 5 euros. !!!!!!!!!!! The prices on the bill (tip 0.80 euros???) were not the same as what we had consumed. Arrogant service, who advised against the requested house wine with the words: "I wouldn't take that". The two of us paid 52 euros for a small vegetarian dish and a glass of wine.

Way too expensive!

The food and drinks are far too expensive.
Roast pork for €25.90, stuffed schnitzel €23.90, schnitzel €21.90,
small green salad €5.90, 1 elderberry juice spritzer 0.5 €5,000 - Hallelujah!

Delighted with cute room and local dining

The room was large and cute and functional. The best part was the in house restaurant with ingredients grown on premise. The whole operation is family run with pride. For a getaway with local food and a cute place to stay this is one of my favorites on the world.

Popped in for Dinner

Incredibly friendly hosts, were blown away that I would pop in for dinner from Graz. Food was great. I took whatever they had cooked that night which was soup and then for main meal a selection of cuts, like wild boar, a small piece of schnitzel and some knödel. Nice drive up, just regretted that I didn't go there earlier when there was still some sunlight.
