Children 11 years and younger stay for free with paying adults. Children ages 12-17 pay $50 per nights plus daily housekeeping gratuities. The credit or debit card used to make the reservation must be presented upon check-in at the hotel. Upon check-in, a credit card guarantee or cash deposit of USD 250 per room per day will be held for incidental charges. Upon check-out, guests are required to settle any outstanding charges in full using a credit card, travelers’ checks or US dollars. All services and resort amenities are subject to various fees and supplements. Mandatory Gratuities vary with room category. Mandatory Gratuity USD 7.00 per person, per night, 12 and older, for rooms and one-bedroom Suites. Deposit and Cancellation Policies Refundable Rates • 100 percent of the first two nights plus applicable taxes and resort levies will be charged at time of booking. • If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. • If cancelled or modified later, 100 percent of the first two nights plus applicable taxes and resort levies will be charged. • In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation plus applicable taxes and resort levies will be charged. • Early departures will incur a penalty equal to the full-length stay at the reserved room rate. Deposit and Cancellation Policies Non-Refundable Rates • Total price of the reservation plus applicable taxes and resort levies will be charged at time of booking. • If cancelled more than one day after booking, 100 percent of the room cost plus applicable taxes and resort levies will be charged. • In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation plus applicable taxes and resort levies will be charged.
