Cama muito desconfortável no quarto 09. Impossível de dormir. Barulhenta, com um plástico de protetor, plásticos desconfortáveis cobrindo o travesseiro.
Ao pedir um ovo frito pois não como ovo mexido devido à lactose da manteiga me foi informado que não faziam.
As luzes do quarto eram muito fracas, só dava pra ver algo no quarto com lanterna do celular.
O ar condicionado era bom.
O atendimento no check in foi extremamente grosseiro.
Foi solicitado um cobertor extra e nos foi informado que a rouparia estava fechada e não tinham como pegar.
