Outstanding Hotel and Experience
The hospitality is exceptional in every aspect of the hotel service. Beautiful location, pool is great for both adults and children. Also have a separate children pool and area. Included breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of delicious options. Breakfast staff was very accomplished and made breakfast area welcoming.

Avoid!
Never in my life have I had to take a numbered ticket to wait to check in to a hotel like I’m at the DMV(department of transport). Waiting to check in takes over an hour. This is NOT a resort. The rooms don’t even have a quilt or blanket of any kind, not even in the cupboard. You get a top sheet and that’s it so good luck trying to adjust your temperature while you are sleeping. The rooms are very very old and even our doors were falling apart. We stayed at much better places for a cheaper price.

Nosso sistema de check-in é automatizado, substituindo o preenchimento manual da Ficha Nacional de Registro de Hóspedes (FRNH) da Embratur. Além disso, utilizamos um sistema de senhas, proporcionando maior conforto e conveniência aos nossos hóspedes.
Atualmente, os hóspedes podem abrir uma conta nos pontos de venda administrados pelo hotel e, ao final do dia, conferir e efetuar o pagamento sem precisar retornar à recepção, tendo uma saída imediata e aproveitando mais tempo com comodidade. No momento do check-in, reforçamos os serviços oferecidos. Não operamos em sistema all inclusive, o que permite maior flexibilidade e uma tarifa mais acessível, ficando a critério do hóspede a contratação de qualquer produto vendido dentro do hotel.
Nosso enxoval é renovado regularmente segundo os padrões de hotelaria. Qualquer relato é prontamente verificado por nossa equipe, já reportamos o relato para o setor competente. Intensificamos as ações de manutenção e modernização da nossa estrutura física, mobiliário e equipamentos, visando o bem-estar dos nossos hóspedes, sem perder a identidade rústica. Realizamos manutenções preventivas constantes para oferecer a melhor estrutura e serviço. Nossa Central de Atendimento ao Hóspede (CAH) está disponível 24 horas para atender qualquer necessidade.

This is one of those properties that looks like it “used to be great.” It was ok, but quite old. The tile in our room was either moldy or old and chipping out- not really sure, but it did not appear clean. Paint job was sloppy in the room. No USB ports in the room for charging phones. It was adequate, but not what we had hoped for.

This property is located in a secluded area of the Stella Maris beach where walking is not really ideal especially if you are alone. The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive. Although I chose the “luxury” room, the bedroom was very modest but offered a very comfortable bed. The bathroom could use some renovation as there was noticeable mold and the sink seemed clogged. The A/C worked great but leaked so much - I had to place a towel on the floor.
The amenities were great, offered daily activities to kids and adults . “Tia Nutella” was super at entertainment and the pool was beautiful! I would stay again but wouldn’t pay the “extra” for the luxury room.

Nope nope nope. Just book somewhere else. It was like arriving to a government department where you need to take a numbered ticket and wait an hour to be able to approach the front desk. Trust me, this is not a “resort experience”. You can get a much nicer experience for a cheaper price elsewhere. The rooms are so old they are falling apart. The only nice thing was the view.
