Perfect location. Complete hotel. Improper and comfortable room.
Close to Paulista Avenue and important points.
Nearby airport of Congonhas.
Another positive point are the two restaurants: one of Brazilian food and the other Japanese.

Fairly happy with my stay, downside is outlets are not near the bed, had to come up with some idea to plug my CPAP machine and make it work. Toilets too close to the shower door, you really have to sit kinda sideways.
Overall the staff really made up for it, I'd probably stay again if less than 3 days

Comfort, various accommodation settings, transfer service, HotelShoppingx Metro, needs to be as before.

We frequented this hotel for many years, and always very good, rooms, breakfast, excellent restaurants, especially the Japanese culinaria ZUR., Swimming pool, academia.excellent The negative point is the translation Hotel x Shopping Patio Paulista x Metro, once made by Vans, today car sedan, and given the location of the Hotel , loses what was a positive point. They need to regain the quality of translation services.

Good surprise

I went for business due to the convenient location and was positively surprised.
Spacious and comfortable room, large restaurant area, with diverse options and super nice.
Compact school, with natural lighting and well equipped. Taxi stop in front and if necessary, the reception provides assistance without delay.
I'll come back and recommend.

Bad service!!!

Horrible service at the Brazilian food restaurant. Lack of attention and professionalism of the waiter rafael wrong dishes and no concern in exchanging our orders. When we asked for the bill the same disappeared, there was not even someone responsible for the restaurant. The accommodation, the guys from the parking lot was all great but for this reason we will not return to the hotel anymore.
