Charming. . .

We were there last week, everything comfortable, bathroom and bedroom with ok hygiene, bed linen and great towels, breakfast simply wonderful at home detail, we ate a magnificent filled bread that the very friendly chef brought to us at the table... We love it!

Pleasant

It was not our first time there .The hotel is very well located, close to a shopping mall and a big supermarket The reception this past a renovation which I believe will look better than it was before. The coffee is very good, the cleaning and the service too.

Pros: Beds were
Comfortable, location and great breakfast.
Cons: noisy (need anti noise windows) because next to shopping and very busy street, new towels (they were so old and with stains) and tinted windows because the morning light came through the blackout curtains.

Excellent option in Sorocaba

Excellent hotel. It is undergoing renovations and is getting even better. The restaurant was great! The gym, pool and sauna are great! They will also update the rooms.
I highly recommend it. All the staff are super kind and attentive. The meals are quite delicious and there are several menu options.

Tranquility

Excellent structure.
Clean tidy rooms.
Beds, sheets, towels, everything very clean.
Excellent service, especially from Nayara and Fernanda.
Amazing breakfast.
Too bad the pool isn't working.
I recommend.
I would like to come back more often.
