There is a lack of good administration.

The idea of the hostel is quite legal. But there are very important points that disabone the guesthouse. Personally only after 15:00, very simple rooms, no option to ask for anything more, like extra pillows. We requested more toilet paper and by the time we left, it was not delivered. Garbage accumulated and we found a huge mouse that looked more like a cat. Breakfast very weak. Orange juice was those powdered. No variety. The TV barely works on the few channels that are not religious. The only thing quite cool is the pool area. I would not indicate and I will not return

Bad inn

My family rented it for a holiday if regret could kill. We wanted to cancel and leave, terrible!
It starts with the rooms, absurd rules, they don't change towels, bed linen, they don't clean the place during your stay, this in a beach environment, everything is filled with sand and you have to clean everything.
There is no Reception, just one employee who stays, but if we need something, we will come and get it.
And breakfast, bread with ANTS, rotten fruit, dry cakes. All bad!
Mediocre and with no structure to call “inn”.
It looks like a hostel where you need to pay for everything (apart from the expensive daily rate in high season).
And parking is also off site.

First experience at Eco Encanto

In our room there were little ants on the top bunk bed; shower: the best shower I've ever had; air conditioning OK; tiny bathroom sink, when we use it, it ends up getting the surrounding area wet; simple but satisfying breakfast, however, the ham was already "honey", the cheese bread was reheated overnight and the coffee could be a little stronger (chafé is sad); comfortable mattresses; I recommend taking small padlocks if you want to store things in cabinets more safely; the pool is wonderful (whether cold or hot); external parking with security cameras. 7/10

Left something to be desired...

Bad service, no professional structure to assist at reception... note. The employee only stays from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, and the website states that the service is 24 hours a day...Breakfast left something to be desired. The hygiene of the room, with 3 days of waiting to change clothes, for 4 people, poor, I would like changes of towels, sheets and pillowcases to be made daily. It also left something to be desired. It appears as an inn and is actually a container. Very strange.

Interesting proposal but far from good service and operation.

Interesting sustainability and technology proposal, using containers and access without reception, just passwords, but I've been with the air without turning off for two days, locked down and couldn't get service. Today, on the second day, the water does not heat up.
If you need help after 9pm, in my case, forget it. In fact, I didn't even have support during the day.
