Very poor service

I find it absurd the lack of willingness of the staff to help the guests. I stayed a diary from 10/02 to 11/02. I was refused to heat a stove saying the microwave broke. But, there was hot coffee to serve. Where did they boil that water? And I had already booked two more days for 22/02 to 24/02. Same problem again. Look, you don't want to put a breastfeeder 1 minute to warm up for a baby breastfeeding is the absurdity of absurdity. In summary, the two times after discussion we entered one of their rooms and we warm up. If the collaborators were willing, they would just take the stove and put 1 minute to warm. Lack of empathy with a child and a guest. They have how to hot and they don't want to. I own a travel agency and I'VE NEVER SEEN SO LIKE THE CLIENT. After all, it's a child's breastfeeding. And not meeting has been a team option, some are prepared to do and others DON’T WANT TO DO and end up doing after we discussed. I know, I'm upset about being for a kid. But, there are no good blankets, no one helps with the luggage, breakfast with cold sausage and has to put in the microwave that they have in the coffee they claim not to have to heat baby milk kkkkkkkkkkkkk.. honestly, I never come back again, I had the luck to book for two separate dates. Worst of all, I don't indicate to any customer of my travel agency.

Lack of education

I was treated in a way extremely with grossness, a man named Igor (if he didn't lie the name) extremely uneducated, I never went through it anywhere, should have more education with the guests, there was no Internet at the time of the key delivery, I just went to ask if it was going to take a while, this type of Igor answered stupidly "what I can do, it wasn't that I attended you"
Except I had a parking spot and I was told I didn't.
I hope you improve the reception of this hotel

Zero transfer

It wasn't a very good accommodation.
I suggested it in the room. The attendees bad mood. And the worst of all. They don't have the transfer service anymore.
As the hotel is very close to the airport. Taxi and Uber don't want to take you to the airport.
I had to go on foot with suitcases and family in the morning risking a robbery.
This service is the most important for me.
Not recommend this hotel anymore

This property is a very good option if you are looking for a no frills bed and shower during a connection in Cuiaba. Easily walkable from the terminal. Check in was quick. Hallways and rooms are clean, but like a dormitory at stark white with bright lighting. The breakfast buffet was very good for the price. I would rate this hotel 3.0-3.5 out of 5. Not a knock against the property as much as a recognition that it’s a $50USD transit option with few amenities.

Bad stay

It was a disappointment! Starting with ugly face and bad mood attendees! The cleanliness of the hotel is so bad! Reception c chao and dirty elevators! Dirty walls! And room tb c bad cleaning! Old bed clothes! We stayed 2 nights and n was clean our room and not even advised q would have q request!! The only thing q saved was the shower! Cafe of simple manja tb without mta variety! M recommend and n would stay la denovo!!!
