Small boutique hotel in the outskirts of Siem Reap, 5 km from the city centre. Friendly and helpful staff, clean modern room, ok breakfast. A bit of noise one night from a party in the neighborhood.

Ideal stay to enjoy the archaeological area of Angkor

Everything perfect, well managed structure, always very kind and professional staff, stay (5 nights) ideal to enjoy the archaeological area of Angkor. We used the transport service to/from the airport, on arrival at the airport we were greeted by a receptionist (who patiently waited for us while we obtained currency and sim data) so during the journey we could already have information about the stay. She also suggested that we stop by to get the ticket for Angkor at the ticket office along the way to the hotel, very kind. We rented two great bikes through the hotel, choices in a catalog made us take them to the hotel and leave there at the end of the stay (in 30 minutes you get to Angkor Wat). My wife after trying it asked to replace it with a smaller one and there was no problem. Always dined at the hotel, ate well and great service, even regarding breakfast. Pleasant swimming pool when you want to cool off a bit. Massages available in the room to be requested at reception. In conclusion wonderful experience.

Great Service, Better Value

Spacious, nicely appointed rooms with comfortable beds. Super-courteous and helpful staff. The location is not ideal as far as walk ability and activity, but the hotel is just a short (and inexpensive, at $3 US) tuk tuk ride to the uber-lively Pub Street. The hotel serves a great breakfast, though I did not get a chance to try lunch or dinner. Also was not there long enough to take a dip in the lovely infinity pool. Overall, this place is a great value once you get over the lack of “curb appeal.” Would absolutely stay again.

Not the best choice

This hotel advertises itself as a 5 star hotel but it is in fact a 3 star hotel. First off, it is very small- much smaller than the pictures make it seem. The pool is no more than two feet deep at any point, so not for swimming. Breakfast is solid but not spectacular. The room is large but the amenities are as basic as it gets. They have a pod espresso machine in the room with no pods- we were told to buy them in town. Why have the machine then? There are dogs/coyotes breaking every night. The location is far from Siem Reap town in the middle of nowhere, so not really convenient to anything.

Hotel cocooning

Good value for money. Very helpful staff. The swimming pool is a real plus after the scorching days visiting the temples. Very pleasant stay. Breakfast included. Possibility of meals and cocktails feet in the water.
