Hotel near the airport, with free shuttle bus.

Hotel near the airport. Free shuttle bus departs every 30 minutes 24h (as of December 24), taxi costs $22.-. Free parking.
Room well equipped, small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hairdryer. Reading lamp, beds comfortable.
Water pressure of the shower varies depending on the room.

Not worth it

We chose this hotel for the cheap weekly parking and shuttle service to the airport. When we arrived they gave us one king bed instead of 2 queens as we had booked. The best they could then offer was a king and a cot.
The parking lot for weekly parking was a good jaunt away from the hotel and it has no street lights so it was dark to walk back.
Then we were kept awake by a barking dog u til nearly midnight.
The next morning we weren’t even able to get on the shuttle because they only have one small one for 2 hotels and we ended up calling an uber.. defeated the whole purpose of why we chose that hotel. Won’t choose again.

I booked at this hotel because it advertised long term parking. When I checked on March 4,2025 I was told there was no parking available. Had used the hotel previously and was surprised to see that this had not been taken off the advertising.
I had to use commercial parking. I should have canceled the room and booked at a more reasonably priced hotel.
The room could have been vacuumed better.

Decent Place for Unexpected Layover

We were unexpectedly laid over in Halifax for a night due to a mechanical issue with the plane we were due to fly home on. The airline put us up at this hotel. We spent less than 5 hours there, but the room was clean and gave us a place to shower and get a few hours of sleep. The only downside was that there were 3 of us (2 adults and a teen) and they were only able to give us a room with one bed. In hindsight, we should have asked the airline for an extra voucher for a second hotel room, but the room served its purpose for our brief stay. There is a complimentary first-come first-served shuttle between YHZ and the hotel which runs every half hour (on the hour and half hour from the hotel, and at 10 past and 20 to the hour from the airport).

Nice room, if a little tired. Bed very comfortable but the pillows were awful, with no subsistence - just too soft. Room was noisy due background noise from to aircraft and cars most of the night. Also a loud conversation between an child and a woman at 0210 in the morning was particularly annoying - why can't people be more considerate?
