I stayed for 2 nights.
It's a good hotel located in downtown santiago. Staff are friendly and the room was spacious and clean.

We stayed here 5 nights, in February
Firstly check in begins at 3 pm so everyone turns up to check in at 3pm except the staff so there’s a very long line. My advice is dump your bags and come back around 5 pm.
Rooms were noisy from a fan running even though we turned the AC off.
Our shower head was half functioning with the small shower head pointing towards the corner of the shower which leaked!
The breakfast and dining staff are just great and service was excellent, friendly and welcoming
The rooftop bar however was the complete opposite and it cannot possibly be run by the same company. The pool looks nice but small and there are far too few loungers for the number of guests.
I didn’t try the spa
It’s an ok location but probably wouldn’t stay there.

AMAZING. PLACE AND SERVICES VERY GOOD. IN MY FIRST DAY WE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE MINI BAR BUT THEY SOLVED AT THE SAME DAY. THE TEAM.IS COMPETENT. THE SPA IS AMAZING.
