酒店位置离西南交大地铁口不远，步行十二分钟就可以到。前台小姐姐服务热情，周到，房间赠送了咖啡，房间内卫生干净，整洁，如果能把硬件设施再提升一下，就更完美了~

这是一家性价比超高的酒店，位置很好找，就在地铁站附近，出行非常方便。酒店的外观看起来很新，内部装修也比较简约时尚。房间虽然不算很大，但布置得很温馨，物品摆放整齐，卫生打扫得非常干净，完全没有异味。床也很舒服，让我在旅途中能得到很好的休息。工作人员态度热情，办理入住和退房手续都很快，还会耐心地给我介绍周边的旅游景点和美食。总之，这次入住体验让我非常满意，下次有机会还会再来

设施：房间太一般了 2023年装修的 马桶都不是智能
服务：前台真的服务差到人无语 … 明明升级了房型，到店居然不给升级？（ps：刚好赶上糖酒会 房间少 但是明明有房间 前台不给升级算了 还给吵闹尾房，打了携程客服电话才给升级）定了早餐也不给券 … 还要人一遍遍提醒 … 整个体验感就是说非常差，住了这么多酒店 真的这个酒店是住过体验感最差的没有之一 …

亲，首先感谢您选择我们酒店入住，也再次感谢您在入住期间对我们提出来的意见，①关于您提到马桶智能问题，我们酒店所装修的风格是复古风，有酒店所有设施设备均未配有智能功能，网站也有明确的标注，如您比较在意智能功能，我们酒店确实不是您最合适的选择，，下次您预定酒店可推荐您选择麗枫，维也纳等系列酒店，房间均配有智能设备，②关于您所提到房型升级问题，您所预定的房型是走廊尽头，临街的房间（预订页面也会有明确的标注），您入住期间正好遇到成都糖酒会，全成都酒店房间都较为紧张，无法为您做到房间升级，您表示需要给您升级到临小区的啡凡大床，但是我们确实没有房间为您升级，希望您理解在节假日及展会期间酒店无法做到升级，商家经营不易，请您理解！③咖啡问题，酒店所赠送的是现磨美式咖啡，每个人的接受程度不同，我们所提供的是冰美式和热美式可根据自己都选择加糖加奶美式咖啡口感较苦，前台也配有自助的茶水可选择
④您提到的早餐的问题，您在网站上用积分兑换了一份早餐，但您有3人入住，为了满足您的需求，菲菲也为您额外免费赠送了2份早餐，希望您能够满意，但菲菲万万没有想到您还不满意，菲菲的眼泪止不住的流啊，菲菲确实命苦。⑤服务问题，再次向您致歉，在入住期间未能向你提供您所期待的服务体验，是菲菲的问题，但菲菲也有底线，请您再次理解，我们的宗旨是让每一位选择我们的朋友开开心心的来，满意而归，希望给每个朋友带来完美的入住体验

近期住过最差的酒店没有之一 ！ 怎么没房间？ 就是不想升级而已 我选了这个服务 为什么没有呢？ 既然你们没有 是不是可以提前关掉这个选项？ （很抱歉呢 我也理解不了 我花了钱为什么不能有这服务）你那额外赠送的早饭 也是勉强赠送，另一个前台想送其他被组织 ，送了早餐券 ，是你们自己的问题 给的补偿，所以别说什么我满意不满意 …
