A Wonderful Stay at Bvlgari Hotel Shanghai

I had an amazing experience during my stay at the Bvlgari Hotel Shanghai. Everything was perfectly arranged, and the staff provided exceptional hospitality from the moment I arrived. Despite my early check-in, the room was prepared promptly and flawlessly. The hotel thoughtfully prepared a light breakfast in case I felt hungry, showcasing their attentiveness and excellent preparation.
A special thanks to Rainie, who went above and beyond to assist me during my stay, as well as the rest of the team who welcomed me warmly. The housekeeping team was impressively efficient, ensuring my room was impeccably clean and comfortable.
The breakfast was delicious, and the afternoon tea set was of excellent quality and taste. To top it off, the view from the hotel was absolutely stunning, offering a breathtaking vantage point to admire the beauty of Shanghai from above.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience.

Our Favourite in Shanghai ♥️

10/10 experience at Bvlgari Shanghai, the best butler team, excellent service from pre arrival, our stay to departure. Every staff we encounter ( in all departments ) were very caring, courteous, professional and enthusiastic. The butler team is amazing, fast response in wechat, attend to our needs, go the extra mile. It seems like no detail is too small and no request is too big. We will definetely be back and looking forward to celebrate special occasions at Bvlgari Shanghai!!! Our favourite hotel in Shanghai ( despite being the highest tier member in another hotel chain, Bvlgari treated us so much more special on our first stay !! ) thank you so much to everyone ♥️♥️ I didnt take note of the sweet lady who checked me in and toon us to our room, she was soooo lovely. Mike the concierge was amazing too! We had a great time at Bvlgari Bar, Bao Li Xuan and Spa ( amazing service and massage by Julia )
The view from our room was impeccable, the hardware of the room was simply beautiful ( I have no words ) ! The amazing attention to details - the comprehensive welcome amenity, high quality toiletries and turndown gifts. They showered us with gifts and so much care.
We can’t move on from our stay and can’t wait to be back♥️♥️♥️♥️

Fantastic stay in a truly beautiful hotel

The most beautiful hotel with attention to detail in everything, we enjoyed a wonderful stay here and made the most of exploring the local area. From the warmest welcome (with delicious hot chocolate for our children) to exceptional service and kindness from everyone we met, we had a thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable stay. The food was delicious, our room was exceptionally comfortable - the best night’s sleep I have had in a long time, with a lavender pillow and eye mask - and we enjoyed cocktails in a rooftop cabana overlooking the stunning Shanghai skyline.
