Terrible service!

As a diamond member with Hilton, I chose to stay here in July, but got very disappointed! They had trouble charging my AmEx Hilton credit card (after multiple tries) then suspected it was the problem due to my card. I called the customer service at AmEx (from China) who confirmed everything was fine with my card. Finally got a manager who was able to take my card with their shabby system - I couldn't believe that - so hard to use the Hilton credit card at the Hilton properties! It wasted lots of my time and 2 int'l phone calls. They promised to compensate me with some points, but those points never came, even after contacting them - they always say "we'll investigate on this" but nothing after more than 2 months! Would definitely avoid this hotel at any cost.
