Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of CNY 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that all staying guests need to present their identification card or passport upon check-in. For minors who don't have an ID card, please present the Hukou Booklet or get a temporary proof of accommodation at the local police station. For children under 1 year old, please present Birth Certificate upon check-in.

According to public security regulations, mainland Chinese guests aged under 18 years old accompanied by parents must provide a mainland Chinese ID card or household registration (a birth certificate and household registration are required for infants) when checking in at the hotel. If the abovementioned ID card or household registration cannot be provided, a proof of ID issued by the local police station must be provided.
