Hotel was closed, should be removed from the platform

I made a Reservation with the hotel they asked to be canceled by me as for "force majeure" I could not receive my Reservation.
Force majeure turned out to be that the hotel was closed due to problems accumulated in recent years. Closure occurred in September 2024.

Charisimo and bad restaurant

Prices in the restaurant are very high in relation to the quality of the food.
With these prices you expect food prepared by a chef and what you are served is second-rate food.
Bad service. My wife's plate arrived 10 minutes later

I hope they improve!

I only went to the restaurant, the place was beautiful, but when they brought me the menu I thought the prices were ridiculous, there was no point and I thought the food would be delicious, well no, definitely not! I wouldn't recommend it.

In general we really liked the rooms and the service. However, in relation to

The prices of the dishes are very high and the quantity they provide is nothing commensurate with them, there is a lack of quantity and quality to have that price, I ordered a seafood cream and it was like a fish soup if it had a shrimp. I found it incredible for the fame that this hotel has. They should improve and lower prices.

Don't waste time or money

We visited the “hotel” restaurant and it is absolutely overrated. The restaurant not only has the most expensive prices in the entire metropolitan area (more expensive than the best restaurants like Doris Metropolitan, Grano de Oro, Hotel Marriott or any other) but also; The service is rude and the taste of the food mediocre. Don't waste your valuable time or money going to this place.
