Vriendelijk hotel

Kleinschalig, vriendelijk hotel zeer centraal gelegen. Prima kamer met goede, stille airco. Goed ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel. Klein zwembad maar voldoende om even af te koelen. Scone kamer en badkamer. Is er niets negatiefs... De matrassen zijn aan vervanging toe. Althans op de kamer met balkon en zeezicht, waar wij sliepen.

Poor communication

The apartments Adria is located just outside of Bol, making it a little isolated. It's a long walk to downtown or even the closest restaurants (one of the nearest restaurants is definitely worth visiting - Restoran Argento - 650 m away), and a very long walk to Golden Horn Beach (approx 3 km - but you can do this walk along the waterfront, avoiding most of the hills). There is, however, a very picturesque beach and small monastery and church just 2 blocks from the apartment at the foot of the hill. Definitely worth a visit, even just for the photo opportunities!
There is free parking at the apartment, and it is easily reached by road.
We found the communication with the owner rather lacking. We had sent several e-mails specifying our arrival time (approx 1600), but were not provided with any arrival instructions. When we did arrive, there was no one to meet us, nor was there an obvious place to check in. We had to phone the owner who then roused their relative who was nearby to meet us.
The apartment was quite nice, with a small balcony. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is very quiet. The rooms were on the second floor, while there was a communal clothes washing machine on the ground floor.

OK for a night or two

We stayed in the apartment for 2 nights. Everything was very clean. However, our apartment did not have windows which is bad. One bedroom with a normal bed. One sofa for 2 in the living room. It is actually good for 2 people if you do not mind having the door open furing the night.
Larger apartments are better.
