Very practical place to stay. Good choice.

Practical place to stay for a visit to the Punkevni Caves. In the beginning it was not easy to find it with google maps , but once we got there everything worked. The place has no lift, but as in every other place we stayed in the Check Republic, the staff took our luggage to the room for us and the room, ohhh the room,. was big with a comfortable bathroom and a marvelous view of the surrounding park. Breakfast was good and dinner very plentiful (there was a local family party in the restaurant with lively music which added to our experience has be did not mind the slightly loud volume)

stairway to....your room

Different hotel...recetion invisible - served by waitors. Rooms spacious and comfotable. And in between....maaaany stairs. Be sure you have everything with you when leaving room...you won't be happy to return for smth. Lift would be definately needed although it could be a little problem to squeeze it in, as whole building is very carefully reconstructed old granary with attention to every detial...really impresive.
Price could be lower anyway...

The rooms are like suites!

I stayed here for a week. The rooms were really great. Big and beautiful.
Breakfast was pretty good but not exceptional.
The beds were good and cleaning was every day. Perfect WiFi in the whole building.

Comfortable Stay

I usually stay at thishotel for a couple of nights every months when on business.the rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. The restaurant has limited food items, but food is good. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Really pleasant stay

We stayed in Blansko for 3 nights in June, visiting Propast Macocha as well as Lednice castle. We originally wanted to overnight in Brno, but saw reviews of Zamecka Sypka and decided to give it a try.
The rooms are really great - nicely renovated, stylish, clean. We asked for an extra bed for our daughter - it was good quality and we still had enough space in the room, that's not so obvious elsewhere. Beware, though - there is no lift, so if you have heavy luggage you need to carry it upstairs.
It is very quiet in the room, and the sleeping quality is perfect.
Wifi is working well. Parking is free and there is enough parking space.
The restaurant is very good; they don't really have any competition in Blansko (apart from a few kebabs) but still they keep a very good niveau. Food is tasty, reasonably priced, and for most of the dishes you can order half a portion (for 75% price).
The downside is the service, which is rather slow and on Friday night they don't cope with the amount of guests. We waited ages for everything. Ok, it was warm, there is a small playground outside, so the little one wasn't bored, but still it was too long.
Also, there is no buffet breakfast - you need to order a breakfast set from the menu, so for example you can't have a cereal and then a toast - you need to choose. You only get one coffee or tea or juice for breakfast - this is a bit strange as well.
Overall, however, I can recommend this hotel and the restaurant. Nice stay, I would be coming back if I am in this neighborhood.
