Good room, horrible food
I do NOT recommend the restaurant on the evening! First we had to wait about 30 minutes before we were seated in an almost empty restaurant. There were far too few staff in charge of the kitchen, bar and restaurant. Then the prices are absurd. Bought a hamburger with chicken; the bread was burnt, the chicken so dry that it stuck to my palate, the bearnaise sauce tasted like unsalted butter (aka it didn't taste anything) and had a jelly consistency. Horrible! The only thing that was reasonably good was the fries, even when they were soggy with oil. The homemade burgers at McDonalds are three times better, which says a lot about how bad the food was.

Poor fitness room

Not welcoming experience at check-in and poor room
Upon arrival we were informed that the room was not ready until 16:00, although our booking confirmation stated at 15:00. We could get the room 25 minutes in advance by paying 200 kr. and otherwise it was not ready (here almost nobody lived). We do not see this in other hotels.
The head pillows were replaced with four tall and hard pillows, which were not comfortable, so we had to sleep without pillows. The optimal would be two kinds of different pillows, instead of four identical.
Room 148 is located on top of the restaurant, where there was a lot of noise from chairs that were moved - both in the evening and early morning. There is more quiet on the other side of the reception (right when you enter).

Early check in "joke"
Be asked if we want an early check in, rooms are ready, yes thanks. It costs NOK 200/room (we have 2 rooms), OK we say.
However, we need to know that there is no water in the room, so we can not use the toilet and the tap. However, we have to pay for early check in in a room where the toilet can not be used. Yeah... well can't you see that doesn't make sense?

so we pay for the room but can't use the toilet...yes, but you can just use the toilet here in the reception...
