Great location!

Quiet, clean, in front of the tram, near good food. Good neighborhood! On the main strip, so safer to walk at night than inside Foch! Free breakfast was great! I drank an entire pot of coffee. Nice staff. Huge room, great view of strip in front. Great location!

The staff is very professional, courteous and helpful, especially Matilde. Physical site is
impeccable=clean. Food service excellent. Best 3 star hotel I have stayed in during my trips to Ecuador.

Nice hotel for the price, breakfast ok, front desk helpful, bed comfortable but a little bit noisy at night, shower and water pressure great. Room has a safe. The restaurant serves lunch and dinner. Hotel located near nightlife and closed enough to old town.
