The allinclusive food and drinks were excellent in variety and quality, there was something for everyone and it was all delicious.
The family room was comfortable for a family of 4, clean and well serviced, and the staff created a peacock out of towels and flowers on our bed on one of the days which we loved!
What could be better was that the room and bathroom was a little dated and could do with refurbishment.

Worked. The hairdryer, the shower didn’t drain, the pool outside of our unit was green and old, not even the phone to call reception worked. Honestly, way too much money for Egyptian standards and what we got

- the place is thoroughly clean. Not even a tiny bit of dirty goes unnoticed and there is always someone cleaning the entire place here and there (and the place is huge!)
- the food is inclusive in the package when booking a room and its quality is beyond. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were equally impressive and delicious. Congratulations to the kitchen staff and a big thank you to Kalid (who makes omelettes).
- the bar and restaurant staff are incredibly well trained, friendly, polite and made us feel always welcomed and at home. Big thank you to Mohamed Alshshtawy, Mahmoud and Ibrahim.
- the reception, again, well prepared to deal with international standards and tourists. We arrived a bit earlier to check in and, although our room was not ready, the reception kept us well entertained so we didn't notice time flying by until we were taken to our accommodation. Thank you Anas and Valeriia.
