Nice and easy access spa hotel

The hotel has friendly and helpful staff. Easy check-in via app and hotel atm. Hotel was clean and tidy and the room was cozy. Spa area and especially the saunas were good. Breakfast was quite basic but ok. Location near seaport is great, just a short walk from the ship.

Superior?

I booked a "superior" room for some reason but can't see what's any superior about it. Yes it's large but basically looks into a concrete wall and does not have any kind of extra equipment of any kind. Not even tea kettle or ironing board (could not even be brought to the room). And when staying for two nights not even cleaning of any kind. With the usual excuse of sustainability, it would even cost extra (this was not mentioned when making a reservation). Hotels are removing more and more services to save money, and call it "environment friendly".
I love Tallinn but will surely not come back here.

I dont recommend this hotel at all. Ive read the reviews before going there, but did not think it would be that bad. Well, they were true. The reception staff acted like they didnt care and did not provide us with any information regarding out stay and spa area. The spa area was nice, had many sauna option, which was good, but the massage treatment was absolutely horrible. The room was also cold. Waste of money.
Only thing good about the hotel was the rooms. Good standard and clean. Thats it.

We had a pleasant stay in spa hotel. Room was very spacey. Easy to fit pram as well. There were small playground in the 1st floor. Also breakfast area had it's own play area for children so it was easy for us adults to enjoy our breakfast while children were playing.
Easy to order food with Wolt for example from many options if the hotel food wasn't interesting. Also chance to bring the trash out of the room thanks to big waste separation point. Breakfast had many options. The hotel was very easy to reach from harbour.
Only negative thing was spa's shower area that was a bit too watery and uncomfortable. Own slippers is very much needed there. Otherwise there were many nice and different pools and saunas.

Avoid this property!!!

Very bad experience... Tiny room with bad smell h24 and you can not open the window because without doors but only fixed slabs overlooking a canopy, it seems to be in a hospital .. Car park very expensive 25 euros per day.. That's crazy!
Spa very dirty and run down... travel even for work never seen a similar structure .. for what you pay the structure is not 'up to'!
In Tallinn c is really better... All smoke and no roast here!
