Very nice, big rooms, clean.
I suggest some kind of signal at the car entrance on the street, it is just before a big movie theatre and you easily miss it.

It's a Better Place for a good Holiday.
You keep 10 min. with the car to the Beach and you have Carparking everythink.

#Step#Location, mosquito control, room layout, toiletries, surrounding catering, room lighting are still insufficient; this hotel is invincible, very sloppy, and will definitely not stay again next time. Simply invincible.

This is a good basic hotel with perfectly adequate facilities. It is well situated with easy access from the Autoroute, less than 10 mins from Cannes town and only minutes from the sea. Although close to a main road and the Cannes Mandelieu airport, neither intrudes on your sleep. The restaurant offers a basic provençal menu at reasonable prices. It is not the best hotel in Cannes but if you are looking for a resonably priced base to explore from, the Kriad could suit you fine.
