Very disappointing!
You're in bed and breakfast! So don't expect a hotel service.
Pros: Clean premises.
Cons:
1 : Rooms with views of "the mountain" MOSTLY overlook the terrace of the bar. It is theoretically closed at 21:30. But if you plan to rest quietly between 5:00 pm (opening of the terraces) and 9:30 pm, it's over. Now, this particular point, loud and disappointing, is neither mentioned nor specified during the Reservation...
2 : Awards for all drinks, food or beverages, are the same as in a traditional establishment (bar or restaurant) where the service is included and effective.
The client works here!
Awards should therefore logically be lower than elsewhere. Yes, but no!
3: As for Breakfast, there
Do not consider table service either. A tray is dropped off at your door at 7:45. Then unwind on the small table that equips your room. So much for being a late riser.
4 : Finally, if the boss is affordable, the boss is not. She doesn't have the "Smile" option and you have a real feeling of disturbing every question.
Yet it is well known: " Smiling lowers the tension and raises the tips." Meditate, ma'am!
5 : Not offering shelter for motorcycles, their riders will have to settle for public parking. Admittedly, Lelex does not make headlines for its crime and delinquency rate, but given the tourist crowds, a problem can quickly arise with an unsheltered vehicle.
In summary, being fortunate to be able to travel and as such be able to compare the level and quality of services offered in France and abroad in this type of accommodation, the review written is realistic and
sincerely.
There is therefore no need to overreact by providing false pretexts that would still be the expression of manifest and systematic bad faith whenever a comment is against you.

Very good stay
My only remark is the shower/bathtub, which does not have a curtain or screen. This makes it difficult to shower without flooding the bathroom.
We didn't eat at the restaurant.

The bathrooms are either in the bathroom or in the shower room depending on the room as many of our guests in winter like baths and a curtain not very practical or even windows on our bathtubs would make aquarum but for Our next work there will be shower and bath.

effectivement chez nous les salles d'eau sont ou en salle de bain ou en salle de douche selon la chambre car bon nombre de nos clients en hiver aiment les bains et un rideau pas tres pratique ou meme des vitres sur nos baignoires feraient aquarum mais pour nos prochains travaux il y aura douche et baignoire.
