We are very satisfied with the hotel - Ornament Boutique Hotel. Very decent price for the stay. The place is close to the city center - 10-15 min walking distance and 5 min by taxi . very clean and organized inside. When you coming to Georgia the hospitality and helping coming immediately from the team of the hotel. I wish to say thanks to Ihor, Nato, Lana for the welcoming and well care about us - they were always on duty on the reception and ready answer in all the questions and more. And wish to point Gulya the lady were cooking breakfasts for us - she was always care if we like or not and I had always feels like came back home. strongly recommended.

It was an incredibly bad hotel entering the hotel completely smells inside rooms zero hygiene rooms don't clean gentleman friend in the front desk incredibly squeezy face don't laugh rooms incredibly dirty and smells absolutely a Boutique hotel

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

On 3rd Jan'25, I reached the hotel at midnight with my wife and 2 kids but I was told that there is no room available although I had a reservation made through Booking.com.
I still have the confirmation email and everything from Booking.com. The receptionist simply told me that she couldn't do much about it and asked us to go to their other hotel nearby. We got into a taxi , receptionist gave info about address to the taxi driver in Georgian but the taxi driver couldn't find this other hotel. Eventually, we requested the taxi driver to take us to a decent hotel.
A very bad experience for me and my family.
