Weekend gateway
We really enjoy the swimming pool and the sauna. The next day breakfast is a lot of choices. The reception is exceptional they help me how to get to the city and acknowledge me being a Radisson Rewards Member. Good location

Perfect spot for football at Westfalen Stadium
5,000 kr for one night stay was terrible. But supply and demand set the price. And when the German national team truly stayed at the hotel and you could greet Thomas Müller it was worth the money.
The spa and pool are fine. Breakfast okay. Should I watch football in Dortmund again I could easily find on booking the hotel again.
The hotel seems a little tired though. And should I just have a vacation in Dortmund I would look at a slightly wider selection.

Average hotel, does need points of attention.
Cons: Having to wait too long before we could enter room (minimum of an hour). Pool water was freezing cold (unfortunately not able to enjoy, was unsustainable). There is only a table football for relaxation, ebb board or other activities for the family available.

Niettemin betreuren we het dat u langer dan verwacht moest wachten voordat uw kamer beschikbaar was en dat de temperatuur van het zwembadwater niet naar wens was. We waarderen ook uw feedback over de beschikbare ontspanningsopties en nemen deze mee ter overweging voor mogelijke verbeteringen. Het is ons doel om ervoor te zorgen dat al onze gasten een comfortabel verblijf hebben en we bieden onze oprechte excuses aan voor het ongemak dat u heeft ondervonden.

Hartelijk dank voor uw beoordeling.
We zijn verheugd dat u de locatie van ons hotel als positief heeft ervaren, op slechts een korte wandeling van de metro die u in enkele minuten naar het centrum brengt.
Helaas waren tijdens uw verblijf ons restaurant en de bar gesloten, waarvoor onze excuses. We begrijpen dat dit ongemakkelijk kan zijn en streven ernaar om onze voorzieningen altijd beschikbaar te houden voor onze gasten. Wat betreft de temperatuur van het zwembadwater, vinden wij het jammer om te horen dat deze niet aan uw verwachtingen voldeed. Uw comfort is belangrijk voor ons en we nemen uw feedback ter harte.
We hopen dat u ondanks deze punten heeft kunnen genieten van de kerstsfeer in Dortmund en de nabijgelegen attracties.
