Nice room and location, poor service
big room with a sunny balcony looking southward to the mountains. We also enjoyed the big and nice breakfast buffet every morning. The quality of the dinner dishes we had booked within the package we would rate just ok.
However, looking at the service offered we faced too much disappointments (some examples):
1) When arriving we were greeted rather cool. Especially there was no introduction to the room nor any support with our luggage. Instead we got a hint with the way to the building and..."you will find your room there on the right side". We felt rather to be in a cheap American motel than a 4* hotel.
2) WiFi was only available close to the reception, but not in our room nor in the restaurant nor on the restaurant's terrace.
3) The service in the restaurant always took long time. For example: you need to choose the evening dishes in the morning already. However, when we arrived in the evening it took nearly 30 minutes to get served the first course Carpaccio!
4) We noticed that the staff seems to be rather very interested in the (returning) guests they knew than making new guests to return to this hotel/restaurant
5) Check-out was as cool as the check-in: staff just presented the bill, took the credit card and good bye. Again no support for the luggage nor a "pls come again".
So we left this place with a not that nice feeling - will not return.
