Couldnt check in on the first day as receptionist has no idea how to do it. Was on the phone asking colleague and showing screen via video call.
After 10 minutes got bored of waiting and requested my key so I could go to the room.
Also, parking is very expensive 75 euro for 34 hours parking. The first 25 euro was incurred for the firt "day" although I arrived at 10:30 at night.
Hotel is clean and new, although not sure what the "Plus" refers to in the name. It is a standard Best Western.

The reception, the e-mail responses, the room cleaning, etc. were all better than other hotels I've stayed at, and I felt the hospitality. Next time I stay in Frankfurt, I'll definitely use this hotel again.

Very easy to find location. 15km from the Airport. Its 25 Euros to park over night in the deep garage, but if you find a spot outside on the street, it's free. And safe. The rooms are what you would expect. Very clean. The concierge, very helpful and have great tips. Sadly the restaurant was closed, but they recommended a Thai Restaurant, 5 minutes walk away. We were not disappointed. Would recommend any time.

Very good place. Nice and cozy. Cleaning could be improved with more deep clean necessary in the bathroom and maybe bleach. But I will definitely be coming back to this place.
