Our room was great, comfortable and spacious. Staff were friendly. There is a small shortage of food/bars in the area due to it being a little bit further out from city center but it was quiet and felt really safe which was a big deal for us while in Frankfurt. The bartender was really friendly and fun, definitely a highlight of the place! Overall, I would stay here again.

After an 8-hour flight from DC, we arrived to Frankfurt in the morning. After getting to the hotel wet, cold, and tired, they graciously allowed us to check in early, which allowed us to get some much needed sleep. The area is good as well as safe; not too far from the U4 S-Bahn and the Skyline Plaza is right down the street for a quick Starbucks stop.

Our room was clean. The area was safe. Dining and shopping were within walking distance. The carpet in the hallways could use some cleaning or replacement.

The W/C and towel both not clean and the W/C in room dirty , and im cleaning by myself. The hotel needs attention to cleanliness and the second floor the laundry room it very very dirty!?

Withou the air conditions is Weakness，we have no compan. We stay here for 4 nights with 7peple.Next time we,ll choose Capri Again,Hope it can be improved.
