Professional booking

I booked a room at this hotel for work reasons and was not informed of check-out times on arrival. When I finally checked out 2 hours late, because I was professionally disabled, I was charged a whole day for it, on the grounds that it pays anyway the company. When I was late, no other guests were obstructed, and the room was only occupied by my bag in the hallway. This experience disappointed me and I will not book a room with my colleagues in the future.
Besides the non-cult behavior, the rooms are poorly equipped, and the heating did not work. The value for money is absolutely not right here. I find the hotel’s attitude towards my company that the costs will be covered anyway to be unprofessional and shows how regular customers are treated here. I can therefore not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I have been coming to the hotel for years with the previous owners, it has become very nice, nice rooms, great mattresses, everything is always clean and well-maintained, good breakfast buffet, just a shame... I was really looking forward to your German cuisine (as always). With you I learned what Brögele are, already looked at the menu in the room and after the trip from Ticino I was looking forward to the food uh, calm down... Italian restaurant... rude, stressed service (there was a group in the room) and far too much on the menu... after a few minutes I got a very, very hot plate of pasta, so microwaved (it was ready too quickly)... I live 5 minutes from Italy, don't feel like Italian cuisine, will definitely come back to the hotel but will eat outside...

Quiet Hotel with Great Breakfast

Stayed at the Hotel am Westend for one night in mid-December for business. The room was very nice, clean and very quiet. The breakfast consisted of a well-stocked buffet with all the fixings, even eggs, and omelets. The staff is very friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome.
