Good budget hotel
Adagio Access is reasonably well located, an 8 minute walk to the Subway and then a 15 minute ride to Munich centre.
The Apartments were well equipped with all that we needed for a short stay and cooking if required.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Big bonus was free Coffee during the day and a supply of Buns and Croissants after breakfast.
The only negative was that the Airconditioning was kept at 27 degrees - which was extremely uncomfortable. Could open the windows as we were then disturbed by the trains running on the track nearby. Finally had to borrow a fan after on sleepless night.
If not for this I would have given a full 10 score.

Overall the hotel was great, a little out of the main city centre, but a 10-minute walk from the nearest station, with about a 20-minute train ride to the city centre.

Warm and comfortable stay.
Nice aparthotel in a quiet Munich neighbourhood. We stayed for 3-4 days in June 2023, yes it's a late review but we remember our warm and comfortable stay so very much. The kitchenette was sufficiently equipped for a small family and a convenience store on the ground floor is good for daily needs. And 8 minutes walk to the metro station.

The reception staff urgently needs training regarding hospitality!!!
The hotel is close to a train line; the staff are extremely unfriendly; I was even yelled at for asking for a housekeeping. The behavior of the Pakistani employee at the reception was degrading and racist. Do not book this hotel under any circumstances!!!!

Very comfortable, somewhat remote but with metro close
Like most Adagio very comfortable. Something away from the center of Munich, but has a metro nearby. There are not many supermarkets or bars and restaurants nearby, when it is an area where there is a lot of hotel.

En cambio, lamentamos que no haya encontrado suficientes supermercados y opciones de bares y restaurantes en los alrededores. Entendemos que esto puede ser inconveniente y nos disculpamos por cualquier molestia que haya podido ocasionar. Sin embargo, nos gustaría destacar que tenemos un minimercado en el hotel y que el Adagio Shop, ubicado junto a la recepción, ofrece una variedad de productos para aquellos que deseen comprar alimentos y bebidas.
