Good service
Divakar, priyanshu,Sachin,Atul, suhan, all boyes are good in manner, Hyatt Centric Candolim Goa is an excellent choice for travelers seeking a blend of comfort, convenience, and local flavor. While some areas, such as pool size and breakfast crowding, could benefit from improvement, the hotel's strengths in service, location, and amenities make it a compelling option for both leisure and business travelers.

Staff are very caring
I recommend to friends and family. People are very helpful and the room price is reasonable. Breakfast set up is interesting, it has ample options for Indian n continental, and food is tasty. Overall experience is upto our expectations and I prefer revisit

Exceptional service
I want to thank the entire team at the Hyatt for making our stay very enjoyable and comfortable.
Check in was easy, the room was clean and the location was perfect. We had everything on our doorstep such as, pharmacy, supermarket, transport, and the beach was just 10 mins walk.
A huge thank you to the hotel staff to ensure our stay was comfortable. The restaurant staff excelled in every way to cater for our taste and they went out of their way to make a few items that were not on the menu. I really appreciated this. Shout out to Sourabh,Rahul, Raghunandan, Omkar, Akash, Abin, Vikas, Subham and Rutuja and others in the team.Also, applaud to the chef and the room cleaning team.
Thank you all so much and definitely, we will be returning in the next few years.

Good Experience
Clean Bathroom, Excellent Room condition. Clean Rooms. Swimming Pool is not deep. Need to be better.
Kids playing area is good.
Location of Hotel is also good.
Taxi Touts which are standing outside are little troublesome. Better rent a Car or Scooty.

Comfortable stay, great food, very pet friendly, incredible experience - will visit again!
We were 2 adults and a 77 y/o travelling with a 7 month old Jack Russell Terrier puppy and we had an incredible experience. This is our second time staying at this particular Hyatt hotel, and both times we travelled with our pet dog.
Saish & Vaishali made the check-in & check-out seamless. Toli was helpful with pet policies and related details. Rasikta (RK) and Akash from Grok ensured we got amazing service at breakfast.
The entire staff went out of their way during our whole stay to make us and our puppy feel very welcome. We will definitely visit again soon. Highly recommend the hotel, especially if travelling with a pet.
