Overall good service. Guide has to be more responsible and both guide and vehicle driver has to maintain punctuality.

Hotel staff if very supportive and always ready to help. You can take the help of Hotel travel deck to book darshan and visit to other place like Sarnath. Rooms are small but since the hotel is in heart of old city and close to ghats and Kashi temple so of the purpose of the visit is to get the darshan and visit ghats then a very nice place to stay.
