Absurd to call it a 4 star
I booked a budget room believing it still fell within the canons of a four star hotel.
As soon as I got to the floor I noticed a dated and totally stained carpet.
Once I entered the room, I noticed how old it was with ruined furniture, as tiny as the bathroom where there is a tablet that moves constantly and a shower ruined in various places, even the shower head totally ruined.
Uncomfortable bed and pillows.
Another sore note is the suffocating heat without the possibility of adjusting the thermostat. That situation forced me to keep the window open all night.
Absurd considering it was late November.
I did not sleep a wink, really uncomfortable and unpleasant stay. Traveling for work, without resting properly, leads me to rate this hotel negatively.

Breakfast great room to review
Starting from the positive notes, the staff is prepared and friendly and the breakfast buffet is rich in great products and well stocked.
The negative notes instead are the lack of the coffee or tea maker in the room (from a 4 star I expect to have it), the lack of a second pillow in the closet and the shower drain completely clogged and that filled as soon as the water turned on.
We would have expected more care and foresight in the rooms.
We stayed in this hotel after our wedding thinking we had chosen an "above average" hotel but we had to partially change our minds.
Starting from the positive notes, the staff is knowledgeable and kind and the breakfast buffet is full of excellent products and well stocked.
The negative notes, however, are the lack of a coffee or tea maker in the room (for a 4-star hotel I expect to have one), the lack of a second pillow in the wardrobe.
We would have expected more care and attention in the rooms.

Excellent solution
At reception we found Cristian. Professional and with an exceptional human charge. A real asset for an activity like this.
Very good breakfast. Great assortment and great care in finding the various buffer areas always fully stocked.
Inside the structure an interesting restaurant in which we stayed for dinner.
Pizzas well leavened and well stuffed. Courteous service.
