All perfect

We stayed in this B&B, my husband and I and my little daughter.
We had a great time
Everything clean, welcoming and new.
The owner Stefano was very helpful and kind in giving us all the information we requested.
In the morning in the breakfast room there is the sweetest lady Elena, a real mother ❤️
If I return to Naples we will undoubtedly return to the Tartarughino.

SILENCE, RELAXATION, KINDNESS and WELCOME

Cercola is a town hinged between the metropolitan city of Naples and the Vesuvius National Park and this, from a tourist point of view, makes it extremely interesting. There, right under the volcano, which almost feels like you can touch it with a finger, stands the recently renovated "Al Tartarughino" B&B. The structure is modern, although once you cross the gate it seems like you are entering an almost princely dimension, with all the comforts worthy of a stay suitable for those seeking peace, silence, relaxation and rest, or for those who must stay for work. In a very central position, but far from the chaos of the city and traffic, at "Al Tartarughino" we found a family welcome, courtesy, kindness and education from Stefano and Gianni, the owners, and all the staff. Fast WiFi, air conditioning that saved us and refreshed us in these days of great heat, extreme cleanliness and order, abundant and tasty breakfast, and the possibility of reaching both the metropolitan center and the Vesuvian villages in a few minutes, both by car and with public transport (bus and Circumvesuviana stop just a few steps away). I am sure that in periods of milder climate, you can breathe fresh, clean air. Highly recommended, wholeheartedly: we will return as soon as we have the opportunity and time. From today "Al Tartarughino" is our dear, special point of reference.

Splendid location, qualified and very kind staff ready for all your needs.
Very positive experience in total tranquility in a hushed environment far from the chaos of the city which can also be reached in a very short time

Avoid, terrible service

We booked via Hotels.com and prepaid/confirmed in full for 3 nights. We arrived late at night to be told they had no booking for us and just shrugged their shoulders, not their problem. They weren’t interested that I’d paid in full, I supplied evidence of booking and payment too. Finally after trying to get somewhere with hotels.com on the phone for an hour they said they would take us to their friends hotel. They took us to a lovely 4* hotel, checked us in but then left. When I clarified with new Reception that the original hotel had paid (transferred original money) she said no. I had to pay it all. Original hotel denied even being on hotels.com but they are still advertised on there today.
Thankfully Hotels.com sorted us out but I would avoid this hotel, even with a confirmed and paid for booking they will just turn you away with no thought as to where you will go.
I the end we were glad we had moved. Hotel was very sterile with no atmosphere at all. Main area downstairs just echoed and it was all dark. Terrible dirty area with a lot of graffiti too.

Struttura di nuova ristrutturazione ed adeguamento molto carina e pulita, in una zona tranquilla senza traffico e rumori fastidiosi. E' dotato di parcheggio interno con cancello automatico con telecomando di cui i titolari dotano gli ospiti. Wi-fi perfetto
