Very central but...

We stayed at this property for a weekend, two nights with room only.
Adequate price and last minute booking.
Absolute strength the location, very central, behind Piazza della Signoria, a short walk from everything.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
Parking not inside the structure, you have to park in one of the nearby guarded parking lots for a fee, not really cheap but also think about the ztl permit.
The room is very large but needs to be modernized and refreshed, well the classy furniture but needs to make it more functional. Cleanliness not great and read a bit too hard. Real problem is the bathroom, really too small and uncomfortable, only one person enters and putting himself to the side.

Our suite was nice but overpriced for the facilities. The worst issue was there is no sound proofing and given that our room overlooked the piazza (room 6), the drunken singing, yelling and street rave on Friday and Saturday nights were so loud it sounded like a woofer speaker blaring next to our bed. This did not stop until 3am Friday and 4am Saturday mornings. I had no sleep for 2 nights. The location was very central, but the sleep deprivation was just not worth the expensive stay.

Location of this B&B is what it has going for them. Room was very small, bed was comfortable but not somewhere to spend much time other than sleeping.

If you want a place to stay that feels warm like family and home, this is the place! Includes breakfast. So convenient to everything. Great recommendations for dinner and sights too. Thank you, Maria!
