Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay, our room was spacious and everything was very clean.
The beds in our room very comfortable and we had a kettle and fridge in the room.
This place is in a perfect position in pisa and the b&bs restaurant/cafe is just across the road, the owners are friendly and the food they serve is great! They do the best croissants in pisa.
I would definitely recommend staying here when travelling to pisa

Excellent place, very clean and everything you needed and great hosts, very welcoming.

Great location - clean and great communication from the owner, has a lovely little cafe across the road which we went to one morning for breakfast, opens at 8 but closed on a Sunday.
Bed was comfy and everything you needed as we weren’t in there much as we went out exploring. 15 minute walk to the train station and we even walked back to the airport the day we were leaving. About 30minutes but a nice easy walk through the main streets for most of the way.
Only complaint is the walls are a bit thin so can hear if busy in the other rooms if you were a light sleeper but didn’t bother us at all.

Breakfast with a view

After having our initial trip to Pisa cancelled at the end of May due to a National General strike across Italy, we re booked for the end of June. Steffano could not have been more welcoming when we arrived and when serving us breakfast in a morning. The Location is ideal, only a few 100m from the Tower, everything else is within easy walking g distance.

Nice place

I recommend the place. Stayed in December 2018 by myself. It's an apartment with a few rooms, has kitchen and bathroom. It's very clean and well-maintained. You get breakfast at a cafe across the street, owners are very nice people. very close to Pisa Tower, 2 min walk. Only thing - would be nice to have a few more English channels, I couldn't find any ))

Fantastic location

All in all, I had a pleasant stay at this B&B. I would like to highlight the cleanliness of the place, which was very positive. At first, I did not have good feelings about the shared bathroom, but apart from the waiting time to get into the bathroom in the morning, it did not mean a problem. The only thing I would suggest them is to create one separate toilet, so if the bathroom is occupied then others can at least use the rest room.
I liked that the owners let us in peace, just gave me the key and I could come and go at any time. The location is fantastic. It is not only literally at the foot of the Leaning Tower but close to lovely restaurants and in easy reach of the train station, from where Cinque Terre, Lucca and other sights can be reached.
As it was a Bed and Breakfast, we had breakfast opposite the building. Coffee was nice but I would work on the range of breakfast options if I were them. I would give the option to take a sandwich, bakery products, some fruit so everyone can enjoy what they like. Not everyone is keen on sweet bakery products.
