Tour de France e Romagna..un connubio riuscitissimo!

I was a guest of this structure with my family last weekend x the Tour de France! The staff noticing my passion for cycling made available to me a nice triple room with terrace overlooking the sea and arrival view! Non potevo chiedere di meglio!! Hearty and varied breakfast also on savory, shaded garden for pleasant moments of relaxation and pool. Clean and comfortable rooms. Great location and courtesy of the staff. Grazie di cuore!

Disappointment and impropriety

I stayed in this hotel in September 2024, they gave me a room they said was double, but in reality it was a single room turned into a double, to go to the bathroom you had to go across the wall and the bed, non-existent wardrobe, just an iron bar without crutches.
As for the staff people not very empathetic and very detached, not to mention the deposit that I paid them in advance for one night by credit card, on my arrival I still had to pay the full amount of the stay, they did not give me back the money of the deposit telling me that it was not possible, they made a transfer that I should have received within a month on my checking account. TO DATE, I HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING. I sent several emails without any reply, not to mention how many times I phoned listening to the usual record "the operators are all busy please wait" A real indecency.
I will certainly never stay at this hotel again, but I will go there in person to claim what I was owed.
BAD EXPERIENCE.

Great hotel near the sea with great food

I really liked the hotel: the sea is across the street, there are rooms with sea views. A good breakfast included. Very clean, cleaned every day. Upon check-in, we were offered a room with a sea view for free. The reception always helped with all questions, the staff was very helpful. For full board, lunch and dinner are provided at the beautiful fish restaurant on the shore, where you can take whatever you want. It's very tasty, huge portions, the freshest fish and seafood. Also, a 5-minute walk from the hotel is the Spark chain store, where inexpensive alcohol (there is even bottled sparkling wine), groceries. The hotel itself is located on a busy shopping street with many restaurants, cafes, shops, etc. 2 minutes from the hotel there is a trolleybus that takes you to the center and the train station (2 stops) and to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel! And a good price. I was on vacation with my child in September 2024. We were given a room with a large double bed and a single bed.

Bad bad.

EMBARRASSING
Stayed two nights just arrived pointed out at reception that there were residues of previous customers (used towels and beer bottles used as ashtrays) we left after 3 days were still there
Towels all stained window door broken shutters stuck in the compartment reported and remained so, sand everywhere!
Last but not least at a cost of 15 euros per day paid car parking to get your car rubbed well!!

Good option

Second stay at the Hotel Stella Polare. Stay on the first floor room n. 96, little spacious and with tiny bathroom. However, except the mini bar, fully equipped. Nice swimming pool. Paid parking inside the structure. Full Pension, lunch and dinner, are consumed as the previous time in the nearby Thomas restaurant, exceptional à la carte menu with hearty fish dishes and more. Breakfast served at the hotel with a varied and hearty buffet. Excellent value for money.
