Great for everyone, friendliness and certain sympathy

Perfect hospitality in a family environment, you leave the main road and you go into the woods, the road is perfectly paved and there are no problems, spacious rooms and Andrea had turned on the heating from the day before just to make us find a comfortable environment and then it was not so cold even if the night fell below 10 degrees, excellent cleanliness and then we want to talk about the restaurant ? sure.... all good and plentiful made with their products and we overate but we could not say no... enough, I highly recommend it in everything I think we will return in summer to try even relaxation by the pool, even if we do not stand still for a moment

Farmhouse to try

We booked this farmhouse at the last minute, when we arrived we were warmly welcomed by the owner. In the evening we had dinner at this farmhouse and the dinner was delicious, also confirmed by my children who usually complain.

AN ENCHANTING PLACE

Enchanting place immersed in the Marche hills in silence and absolute peace.
Andrea the owner, a nice and helpful person who knows how to make people feel at ease.
The food is also very good, simple but of good quality.
If you want to spend some quality time, this is definitely a place to try.

Motorbike trip May/June 2019 Mainland Italy

I left Bologna and via San Marino found my second Agriturismo of the trip. Another excellent choice.
Too early for the pool, but the staff, breakfast/meals and wine were excellent.
It is a very beautiful area and the motorcycling was brilliant. You won't be disappointed. On to Croata next.

What a great family-run farm. We ate dinner there both nights and enjoyed incredible meats grown on the property (the 1 kilo steak and wild boar sausage are highly recommended). Plus, the property has a great mix of animals to walk around and see (horse, donkeys, boar, turkeys, pheasants, chickens, ducks, geese) and a very friendly sheep dog Bobo who was super friendly and nice. Oh, and there was a 3-week old kitten that also captured our hearts. The rooms were very nice and clean and had in-room satellite TV with a few channels that you could change the language to English and watch non-dubbed movies and TV (channels 27 and 39). The location is 15 minutes from Urbania and 25 minutes to Urbino, both which are fun towns to visit. Beware google maps when arriving; however, as they might try to take you on a slightly rough gravel road. There is a better option to approach from Urbania from the north, rather than from the south. The family who operate the place were very accommodating and friendly. Views from this place were great (it's set in hilly wooded farm country) and were a refreshing break away from the crowds of Florence and Rome. The have a pool area which looked nice, but it was closed since we were there in October (it's open till early September apparently).
