There is no one at reception.
When I tried to check into the room, using the code and the key, the room was already lived in. There was hair in the sheets and on top of the sheets and used tissues in the room. There was hair in the bathroom and trash in the bathtub. It looked like someone was either still staying there or had just left and the room hadn't been cleaned.
I messaged and called the property and received no response. I called them using the bell at reception continuously with no response for 3 hours and no one came.
I ended up having to stay at a different hotel and when hotels.com finally reached out to them, they said nothing could be done and wouldn't even offer a refund. The room cannot be stayed in, it was disgusting.
Additionally the wifi code they give you does not work.

The location is good.
The common area on the 2F was very nice, and confortable.
There is nobody working there.
They sent me a message in japanese explain how to make a self check in. I’m not japanese, they shoud send me in english.
The room was good and confortable except the toilet and bad condition of some items .
the curtain on the window is broken.
And the toilet was too small, there is no plastic curtain to protect from the water during the shower, the whole toilet get wet.
The check out is at 10 o clock it’s too early .

とにかく部屋が汚い。
布団は汗臭くシーツカバーなどは代えられていない。タオル類も臭く使う気になれませんでした。

部屋も清掃されていました。ただ、建物が古いせいか、老朽化は否めないです。浴槽も掃除はされているのでしょうけど…使用感はありますね。
静かな場所ですし、立地はいいのでペット連れの方などは良いのではないでしょうか。
