Good

The hotel was pleasant, featuring a great location in a calm and clean area. However, the room was quite small, leaving little space to open our luggage. Despite this, our overall experience was positive, especially due to its proximity to major metro stations, which made traveling very convenient.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. The entire place had a musty, dirt-like smell, making it feel old and poorly maintained. The rooms and common areas were not well kept, with visible signs of neglect. The beds were uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep.
On the positive side, the staff was friendly and helpful, which was the only redeeming factor. However, that alone doesn’t make up for the lack of cleanliness and overall poor condition of the hotel. Would not recommend unless significant improvements are made.
Area was good.
Rating: ⭐⭐ (2/5) – Mostly for the staff’s kindness.

Hotel was excellent. Comfortable for three. Twin bed and extra bed. As expected very little floor space so opening suitcases etc is a challenge. But the room does the job. Bathroom was clean. The staff were very helpful. Complimentary toiletries, coffee tea.
The location is great few minutes from subway. And it is central to East and west of Tokyo. Lots of food options on the block. From your 7/11s to Kobe beef yakiniku set meals. Ramen etc.
The spa/onsen was relaxing and great experience. Male only. No tattoos. 500 yen. Open 24 hours.
I was just looking for a centrally located place near the subway. We got a lot more and it made for a wonderful experience first time in Tokyo.
There are several other Centurion hotels in the area. So I can’t speak for how those are.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Centurion Grand. The room was quite small but that is to be expected in Tokyo. You really can't beat the neighborhood. There's dozens and dozens of bars and restaurants right outside your door. After long days sightseeing around the city, it was nice to just walk outside of our hotel and have so many dinner options without having to go far. I also think the room was a great value for the money!
