Never again

Bad experience i took a small breakfast a the main restaurant of the hotel empty places i ask for a simple cappuccino the answer ma 3enna the machine is not working 5 star hotel no cappuccino ouffff and disgusting area not clean at all first u pay 5 $ parking ok then 20 dollar the entrance but u dont have acces to the private pool of the hotel it s vip when its vip u must realy mean it no towels no refreshing bars nothing they ask u to leave freindy rudely u pay 10 dollar more you are welcome again unprofessional reception at the hotel need realy to be update better stuff who knows how to talk to people then u go to the main pool what a shame u sit on sunbeds with flying insects all over horrible mattress not clean at all the pool contains insects and green seaweed yahhh im not going to talk about the toilettes u get in u never get out it
make u sick bahhh you pay 2 $ for a small bottle of water ouf as u can buy a pack of 12 for the price 3anjad i give that place 6 month and by by not a 5 star at all not even 1 star you think people are stupid

Company that ran the valet business should be fired they tried to rip me off make me pay for parking the day I was checking out. They said that’s a different day. I had paid $40 plus tips for these people the day before they still had the nerve to ask me for more money that they shouldn’t have asked. Also the property had a ridiculous policy , they wanted to make me pay $100 for taking pictures using my own photographer for wedding occasion despite the fact that I had an event booked for 40 people on the premises and I had a room booked. They friendly honoured me to waive the $100 but it’s still ridiculous policy that use no common sense putting on the staff to force this ridiculous policy. I tried to be nice in this survey it could’ve been worse so fix these problems to get better rating. I spent about $2000 for few hours u deserved much better treat.

Great summer experience

I had an amazing stay at the resort! The staff was incredibly friendly, the facilities were top-notch, and the location was perfect. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.
The resorts is also near the capital city,beirut, so you can also visit great restaurant there.

The property is beautiful with wonderful views of the mediterranean and the staff's attitude a service was exceptional. On the other side, it is the only hotel in the world that i visited that will charge you extra for coffee on a paid breakfast which was OK (not great) and they say parking is available but when you arrivee you get surprised is for $5 per day !!!! I dont have a problem of paying for parking if they were transperent on the website (here i felt cheated).
