Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making payment at the hotel. Please note that hotel may contact the cardholder for verification purposes. The City Council of Penang charges a Local Council Tax of MYR 2 per room per night payable directly to the hotel upon check-in. Please note that this is not included in the room rate.
