Rooms very spacious and clean
Location superb central short walk to shopping malls ,heritage sites also the Penang Famous Chendol, free CAT shuttle Komtar is also beside the hotel only

The staff were helpful but not so friendly, they were serious not warm and welcoming. Everywhere pink but not so clean. The blanket and bed sheet had stians. Seems not clean. Bed and pillow sheet was so thin, and the pillow sheet easily removed at night when you are sleeping and the under pillow was so dirty.
There was small poll good for children playing.
There were a bar or something nearby, the whole night you hear the music sound from outside.
You have to ask them to clean the room, otherwise they don't, and once I asked they left a dirty torn towel there on the chair.
Overall, I do not recommend the place.

Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that a Penang Heritage Tax applies and is not included in the rates. Rates are MYR 2 per room per night, MYR 0.50 per person per night (dormitory). This is to be paid upon check in For bookings of 5 rooms or more, please note that a prepayment deposit of 50% of the total charges is required upon arrival.
