Staying at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. First of all, the facilities are outdated and poorly maintained. The bathroom was filthy, with stains everywhere, and insects crawling around. Even worse, I found bugs near the bed, which was absolutely unacceptable!
Additionally, the water heater was unstable, constantly switching between hot and cold, making showering extremely unpleasant. The overall hygiene of the room made me question whether the hotel even bothers with regular cleaning and disinfection.
This was by far the worst accommodation experience of my life. I strongly recommend that the hotel undergo a thorough renovation. Otherwise, no one would ever want to stay here a second time!

I know we can’t expect must but at least need to be maintain in a good way
We paid for barbecue set and all of it looks so dirty and rusty. It’s not safe to use it
There is a room with bathtub and it doesn’t look like in the website. It’s totally different from the website and in person.
We immediately check out and couldn’t refund the full amount.

Picture worthy yet expensive stay
Slept overnight in capsule room (good for 2) and Parallel Aurora (good for 4) with friends.
Capsule room is fine, bathroom is shared.
Parallel Aurora is not so big, wall paints and attached bathroom are not well-maintained. Rooms are also not clean enough. Though mattresses and pillows are clean.
Bath soap and shampoo are provided in bathrooms.
The owner is nice enough to let us stay after an hour of checkout to bathe after waterfall trekking.
Can book rainbow waterfall trekking in the hotel during check-in.

Glamping
I stayed in the capsule with a full glass view at the front and half glass view at the back. The view is amazing especially at night. The second best thing aside from the view is the air-conditioning inside the capsule. I just want to relax and stay in the capsule all day haha. The toilet for capsule is the sharing toilet but the cleanliness of the toilet is good and the heater is also well-functioning. You can request for towel from the "lobby".
However, the cleanliness of the capsule is lacking. There is a small round skyview glass at the top of the capsule but it is not clean (hence we can't see the sky anyway) and with spider webs. The curtains has yellow stain and the door is a bit rusty. Besides that, there are swarms of mosquitoes outside the capsule so we don't dare to sit at the table outside.
Overall, do not expect a resort like experience then you will be fine! It is a good glamping place and just relax. There is nothing much to do in this place except for the waterfall trip, hiking trip, and the underground mining place. So I will definitely suggest you to bring along some books, games, or some other chilling entertainment.
