Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of MYR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that a prepayment deposit of MYR 50 per room is required. Breakfast is available on request at a surcharge.

Effective 1 January 2024, Foreign nationals entering Malaysia are required to fill in the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) via the Malaysian Immigration portal. It is prohibited to bring durian and mangosteen to the hotel.
