Hampton Inn Hermosillo

The facilities are nice, clean and the beds comfortable, it has very good location in an area easily accessible and close to important sites of the city. Includes breakfast buffet, the food is good without being exceptional, but many of the pans were already empty including the cafe and still an hour before the schedule ended

Dismal quality of service

I'm a Hilton Honors member and that's the main reason we've arrived at this hotel, we've already been a few times and I see the hotel going from more to less.
From the entrance of the hotel the bright advertisement with faded spotlights.
They gave us a room that the maintenance conditions are very poor. The iron donkey with the broken sponge, towels percusded and incomplete, they do not leave bath mat I had to use a hand towel for the feet.
The last straw was asking for more towels and they brought me a towel that looked like it was taken out of cleaning towels, broken stain and with holes.
When I went down to the reception the person who was there I told him that because they had handed me that towel and he replies “It’s what we have right now the people have left”. Fatal your answer, should not be in attention to guests and customers.
If this hotel is a franchise you see that there is no interest in giving the quality of a Hilton hotel.
Much less should they charge the fees you have because they are not up to the bills.

Abysmal hotel conditions need to improve in all aspects starting with the white towels broken, sheets stained in abysmal conditions is the hotel for what one pays we deserve some quality nor in the worst hotels give you towels broken

There was a situation where my mother in law was questioned by front desk staff, and asked to provide proof of stay or room key due to her looks and appearance. I spoke to staff about situation and how it was unacceptable to treat her that way specially because we are frequent hotel guests with the hilton family and expedia.
